1 x full-time temporary mobile position
- 35hrs per week, 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis, 9am-5pm - £27,810.00 per annum
- 1 x part-time temporary mobile position - 30hrs per week, Mon-Fri, 9am-3.30pm - £23,837.00 per annum
- These roles are mobile travelling to different locations within Edinburgh and surrounding areas therefore you must have a driving licence and own your own vehicle, car allowance provided.
- Delivery of high quality customer focused housing management services
- Provide information and advice relating to the use of facilities within the complexes
- Welcome prospective and new tenants which includes assisting in the settling-in process
- Respond to all general emergencies, linking in with tenants, next of kin, and all relevant parties
- Maintain a record of building inspections and reported repairs
- Play a leading role in encouraging the development of and participation of tenants in social communal activities
- Resolve and record low level complaints
- Maintain records and update information
- Maintain accurate and complete financial records including credit card expenditure, rent payments and guest room income
- Educated to level 6 or above on the Scottish Credit and Qualification Framework (National certificate) or Minimum 2 years relevant experience in an equivalent role.
- Experience of providing person centred services in a community setting
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, ability to plan and prioritise
- Valid driving licence and access to own transport an advantage
