**Job Role**: Major Works Project Administrator

**Location**:Luton

**Hours**:Monday to Friday (35 hours per week)

As the Major Works Project Administrator you will contribute to our vision of being the **UKs favourite** property manager by:

- Process accurate major works fees/credits calculations
- Review and manage all new project documentation and reject/process into the major works team as applicable regular and ad hoc basis as required
- Supporting Major Works Project Managers to efficiently deliver project pipelines This role reports to the Major Works Project Manager.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Reviewing the quality of new major works project documentation and reject/process into the major works team as applicable
- Process all Section 20 and Non-Section 20 fee and credit requests and arrange billing in a timely manner
- Feedback to the Major Works Project Managers and Major Works Team Leader so training needs can be addressed
- To take responsibility and ownership of individual workload, ensuring that all tasked work is undertaken in accordance within the agreed timeframes
- Support the Major Works Project Managers with management of the divisional 10 year programme plans

**Skills and Experience**
- High attention to detail essential
- IT competency to an intermediate level
- Confident, articulate communicator - both orally and in writing; able to build relationships with all level of stakeholder with a resolution focused mentality
- Efficient in maintaining administration and record keeping electronically
- Demonstrable ability dealing with problems and challenges effectively.
- Ability to work under pressure, resilient, able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
