**Job description**:
**We are expanding our team in and around St Helens and require experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to support our service users with their complex care needs.**

Are you an experienced Carer or Support Worker who is committed, motivated and enjoys delivering one to one support?

**This could be just the position you are looking for**

We provide care to adults and children who have long-term, life-limiting conditions that mean they require a care team indefinitely.

**If you have.**
- At least 3 months experience in care
- The time to commit to a minimum of two shifts per week
- A driving a licence (desirable)
- A passion to make a difference
- A desire to progress your career
