I am looking for an administrator to join an exciting and growing engineering company

**Responsibilities**
- Answering incoming calls for the business and directing them as required
- Point of contact for visitors to the business
- Dealing with incoming mail
- Assist with maintaining the supplier database
- Booking hotels, hire cars and travel arrangements both nationally and internationally
- Raising purchase orders for stationery, PPE and NDT consumable items
- Assisting with the input of purchase invoices for the business
- Assisting with the updating of various Microsoft Excel documents
- Assisting with the CRM housekeeping

**Person Specification**
- Administration background
- Can work well in a team
- Confident using own initiative
- Computer literate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Sick pay

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
