The Personal Assistant (PA) will provide executive support to the Executive Management Team (Principal, Vice Principal and Deputy Principal). They will provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), along with assisting with internaland external events. They will provide the administration support for any college projects

One of the oldest adult colleges in England providing a range of courses for adults situated in Camden.

**Description**

The Successful Personal Assistant will be expected to:

- Provide dedicated and professional administrative support to the Principal and the Executive Management Team
- Handle as appropriate all incoming communications ,answering phone calls, opening and arranging mail, ensuring at all times that sensitive and confidential issues are handled in an appropriate manner.
- Organise and service meetings. Prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings, circulate appropriate written documentation and supporting reports and arrange appropriate venues and monitor activities as necessary
- To provide support for all external and internal events, including CPD Day, Success Awards, Open Days which promote the college to new learners and other external stakeholders, such as employers. To liaise with colleagues to plan and organise the externalCollege events calendar.

**Profile**

The successful Personal Assistant will have:

- Experience of providing effective Personal Assistant support in a similar post working for a Principal or Chief Executive
- Qualification to L3 or above preferably in Office Skills/Administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- be able to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong customer service skills
- Worked in a busy administrative office, organising workloads

**Job Offer**
