**The Role**
Are you a therapy assistant that would like a new challenge? This vacancy has arisen within our well-established Inpatient Therapy Service, and within our Band 3 Physiotherapy Assistant tier at Watford Hospital.
This post would be suitable for an individual with a particular interest in assisting patients to become as independent as possible. The role would also include supporting our qualified members of staff to deliver complex treatments to dependent patients who have had Orthopaedic surgery.

**The Responsibilities**
- To provide both clinical and administrative support to qualified staff providing patient care. Implement and progress agreed planned treatment programmes.
- Non-clinical duties include data inputting and housekeeping which aid the efficient running of the department.

Orthopaedic placement - Familiar with acute patients, post op rehab such as bed exercises, mobility and stairs assessments
In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of
- Relevant Qualifications
- Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
