**The Role and the Company**

I am recruiting for a global business, distributing product to over 80 countries, with offices in 6 countries. This business is one of the fastest growing toy companies in the world Their European headquarters are beautifully renovated offices in Islingtonwhich is home to their 50+ strong team.

The Account Coordinator role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves being super organised whilst "spinning plates". This role sits within the operations team, responsibilities include:

- Managing retailer operational transactions, in partnership with designated members of the sales team whilst fielding incoming specific account queries.
- Facilitate communication across all functions, most notably Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain. Ensuring communication is clear whilst maintaining excellent organisational skills.
- The Account Coordinator is also accountable for providing excellent customer service and managing the administrative functions of the accounts end to end. **You will be given fantastic training and lots of support.**

**Desired experience**

Having worked previously within a retail head office or another consumer goods business would be great but not essential. However, solid experience within an office based customer service/ admin position for 1+ year would be required.
