Sales Administrator

**We are seeking a Sales Administrator to join a small established team to carry out the following daily tasks**:
*
- Take responsibility for answering incoming calls and responding appropriately
- Processing sales orders on Sage and liaising with customers
- Contact customers to follow up quotations
- Processing purchase orders on Sage and liaising with manufacturers
- Generating and sending sales invoices/statements to customers
- Check invoices from transport companies
- Provide assistance to the warehouse as and when required, including picking, packing, and despatching products
- Greeting visitors who come to our premises
- Process credit card payments on WorldPay
- Use eBay to sell certain product lines
- Process Warranty Claims & Returns
- Other office admin' duties as required
You will be able to clearly demonstrate that you meet the following criteria:
- Organised with the ability to prioritise and multitask
- Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work as part of a team but also independently to complete tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Sage would be desirable, but not essential as full training will be given.

Pay: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
