**Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
The Team**
The project management team take our products through from innovation to trial and production of customer order.The project management team work closely with both Research and Development and our Account Managers to ensure that both new products and existingproduct redevelopment and relaunches, the project management team get into the details to make sure that the finished product is produced to meet the exact customer specification.
- **Role**
Supporting the Project Management Team, reporting to the Origination and Printed Packaging Development Manager, the Project Management Coordinator supports the Senior Project lead to liaise with external customers, sales team colleagues and suppliers; developingnew product briefs for manufacture by the manufacturing and production teams.
You’ll be communicating with multiple departments across the business as well as external suppliers to carry out appropriate checks, colour matching and quality assessments, as well as maintaining appropriate administrative databases, communication channelsand records, arranging prototypes and samples for customer approval.
The Project Management team are a highly organised, supportive and friendly group that work collaboratively across multiple departments within the business.Even though you will have your own tasks to organise and manage you won’t be on your own.The Projectmanagement team have years of expertise to offer guidance and support.
**What does a typical day look like?**:

- You will use your effective organisation skills to identify high priority tasks in order to complete work within given deadlines
- You’ll use your communication skills to build relationships with colleagues and peers as well as external customers and suppliers to create open channels of communication
- You will use your keen eye for detail to check supplier briefs, colour matching and bill of materials and establish that the detail meets the customer brief.
- You’ll use your team working capabilities to support other team members as required to deliver projects within specified timescales
