Are you looking for a role where you are pivotal in supporting the administration side of our clinical services?

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our busy admin team. We are looking to recruit a full time administrator to work with our multi-disciplinary team within Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services, Swindon.

The role is essential in supporting our team with a wide range of administrative tasks and will involve communication with families and professionals at all levels. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a challenging and emotionally demanding role and have proven knowledge of administration procedures.

You will need to be IT literate, flexible and adaptable in your approach to work whilst having good administrative and time management skills.
You will need to be an excellent communicator, enjoy working autonomously and enjoy a fast pace environment where there is always a new challenge.

Main duties will include; providing high standard of support to our clinicians, a professional reception function to the outpatient department, processing referrals, managing waiting lists, dealing with a range of telephone queries, typing and taking minutes at meetings.
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual for the post of Administrator. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a challenging and emotionally demanding role and have proven knowledge of administration procedures.

The role involves working as an administrator for the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service based at Marlborough House in Swindon. We provide mental health support across the Swindon area and are part of a wider, Oxford Health Foundation Trust service spanning Wiltshire and BaNES, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire.

You will receive a comprehensive induction into our systems and ongoing learning and development opportunities.

There is excellent wellbeing support services in place and each member of the team will have regular supervision and PDR discussions.
