We are looking for a **Payroll and Benefits Advisor** who would like to help us reach our mission to “earn customer loyalty and drive business growth by providing consistently excellent service”.

**As the Payroll and Benefits Advisor** **your key responsibilities are**:

- Software configuration whilst continually looking to identify process improvements to enable efficiencies
- Work with the Payroll, Benefits and Compliance Manager on value adding project work
- Take ownership of processing multiple end to end payrolls, ensuring we pay our people accurately and on time
- Administer flexible benefits and company pensions
- Provide customer service to internal and external customers, and respond to complex, pay and benefit queries

**About you**
- CIPP level 3 with good knowledge of UK legislation, PAYE, NI, statutory payments and company pension schemes
- Experience of processing large end to end payrolls and able to carry out manual calculations
- Exposure to payroll implementations and configuring systems would be beneficial
- Excellent time management with the ability to work under pressure and thrive with the challenge of regular deadlines
- Excellent data accuracy and numeracy skills
- A self-motivated team player with an appetite to maintain payroll related skills and competencies
- Maintain and stay abreast of changes to employment and payroll legislation via continual personal development

**What can you expect from us**
- Salary from £35,609 depending on experience
- At least the cost of living pay increase every year.
- Company pension contributions up to 10% if employees contribute 5%
- 33 days holiday including bank holidays with the ability to purchase an additional 10 days.
- £750 net of tax to refer friends and family.
