**What you will do in your working day**

Inputting new work orders into our system (data entry

Answering calls from clients and engineers
- Creation of job sheets from the engineer's completion notes

*
Continue to build confidence in skills previously learned

*
Spend some time with the finance department and learn to raise purchase orders, as well as have an understanding of how actions have a financial impact on business

**The training you will be getting**

Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard;
This will include a mix of day release and assessor visits.

Functional skills English if required.

**What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship**

Opportunity to learn from the technical department on how to quality check certification and issue quotes to clients for further works

*
Opportunity to learn management skills by working closely with the helpdesk manager and receiving exposure to things such as client meetings, engineer feedback meetings

*

Potential future progression into roles such as resource planner, team leader, account manager etc.

**What to expect before starting**

Before starting, we aim to train and upskill individuals with our NOCN accredited courses, these will be once a week, every two weeks, over a three month period. Upon completion of each course, you will receive a certificate. Not only does this look amazing on your CV for employers, but you're able to upskill yourself at zero cost

**Salary**: From £10,801.74 per year
