Involve Recruitment (Midlands) Ltd are working with a family run and highly growing company in the search for a HELPDESK PLANNER

The ideal candidate with have experience in dealing with both reactive and planned works with either Engineers or maintenance

Daily duties include:

* Support Helpdesk with analysing completed work orders and progressing onto relevant status’

* Responsible for helpdesk email inbox

* Ordering parts

* Reporting on closed / open jobs

* Liaise with Sub-contractors for updates on jobs

* Assign jobs to engineers/subcontractors

* Updating Client Portals with work order notes

* Creating jobsheets for the job management system

Working hours:

* Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

* Paid overtime.

* You would also be required to be part of an admin on call rota for emergency calls, where a standby fee would be payable on top of the salary.

For this role we are keen to speak with anyone from a helpdesk / scheduling / planning background
