Apprentify are hiring on behalf of our client, who are looking for a Digital Marketing Apprentice to work alongside their existing marketing team to support with social media, graphic design and copywriting. As a Digital Marketing Apprentice, your responsibilities will include the execution of creative and engaging marketing campaigns, developing an online presence and content writing for websites and campaigns.

Our client is the leading provider of Fire and Security apprenticeship training in the UK. With training centres strategically located across the UK, they offer learners immersive and hands-on experiences through their programmes, exclusively tailored for the fire and security sector. With over 850 apprentices enrolled, their focus remains on listening to employer and apprentice voices to ensure the ongoing refinement of their curriculum and delivery methods, propelling them to become a nationally renowned centre of excellence for high-quality learning, teaching and employer engagement.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Ensuring the successful delivery and coordination of our marketing projects and social media
- Work with other departments to ensure that all projects are executed to the best standard
- Managing website updates and maintenance with testing through varying devices to ensure all pages, content and user journeys are functioning correctly
- Tracking data analytics
- Managing social media pages by creating creative copy and graphics, scheduling posts and responding to comments and messages to maximise engagement
- Design and format documents

Entry requirements
- 5 GCSEs grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent including English and Maths (including minimum B grade in English GCSE)
- Creative
- Outside the box thinker and problem solver
- Sense of humour
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Passion for creating great content
- An active understanding of all main social media platforms
- IT Competent - Microsoft Office
- Familiar with Adobe would be beneficial - any of the following: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Premiere, After Effects
- Ability to communicate well with senior management and professionally with external stakeholders
- Organisation and administration
- Outstanding written communication
- Photography and videography experience would be beneficial

Training to be provided

Our Multi-Channel Marketing apprenticeship opens the doors to all areas of marketing for apprentices. From copywriting to web design, our programme allows apprentices to find their niche and kickstart what will hopefully be a bright career in the marketing industry. Ultimately, our Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing apprenticeship brings the best of both worlds. Apprentices will gain various creative and technical skills to implement into the workplace, benefiting their career progression. At the same time, your business will reap the rewards from a fresh face you can mould into the employee you want them to be.

Key learning outcomes from the Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship include:

Things to consider

25 days annual leave + bank holidays | Pension scheme | Laptop & mobile | Supportive management team | Role will take place 5 days per week 8:30am - 5pm with a 45 minute lunch break (37.5 hours per week) | Predominantly home-based role but living in the West Midlands with the requirement to travel to training centres (primarily the Walsall centre) or for events when needed
