BramahHR are recruiting for a generalist HR Advisor to join our client on a contract for 12 months. We need someone who can take over the entire internal hiring process right away and get involved in all facets of the employee lifecycle, including providing advice on low-level employee relations issues. Additionally, you will offer managers and staff members first-line guidance and assistance on all HR policies and practises, such as absence and performance management. **Responsibilities**:
- Establishing new ties with recruitment agencies and strengthening current ones.
- Creating all new beginning paperwork, such as employment offers and contracts.
- Handling situations with employee relations and offering advice on behaviour, performance, and absenteeism.
- Assisting with grievance hearings and disciplinary investigations as necessary.
- Assisting in every facet of company’s employee experience, making sure that every step of the employee experience is improved.
- Giving all other transactional HR processes accurate and prompt administrative support.
- Using the HR & Payroll system to create and prepare various HR reports.
- Making continual contributions to the development of all HR procedures and policies.
**Skills/ Experience**:
- Hold a Level 3 CIPD
- Experience of working within a generalist HR role
- Experience of using a HR system
- Previous experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of supporting with recruitment and employee relations activities
**Job Type**: Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
