A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Contracts Manager with experience of Quantity Surveying to join a well-established contractor with particular expertise working on heritage and high-end residential projects in the Cotswolds. This individual willbe heavily commercially involved and need experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

**About You**:

- Experience of working as a Contracts Manager on heritage / high end residential projects.
- Experience of commercial duties with the ability to undertake QS work
- 1 + years' experience in Quantity Surveying
- Hold key health & safety certifications including but not limited to SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, Mental Health First Aider, Face Fit Training, Fire Marshall & Asbestos Awareness.
- Hold full driving licence.
- Hold a degree or and NVQ level 7 in Senior Construction Management (or equivalent qualification)
- Excellent leadership and management experience
- Strong commercial awareness
