\t* Procure plant materials and subcontractor packages, ensuring best value.
\t* Manage project budgets, including forecasting and monitoring spend via purchasing software and Excel.
\t* Analyse labour resource needs, manage site visits, and monitor project progress to ensure quality standards and timelines are met.
\t* Deliver projects according to contracted targets.
\t* Prepare monthly payment applications and cost variations.
\t* Prepare Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and monitor Health & Safety compliance.
\t* Create work-in-progress reports for directors.
\t* Collaborate with clients, engineers, architects, and in-house teams to build and maintain professional relationships.
\t* Attend project meetings and manage multiple projects concurrently.
\t* Assist with tender submissions, collate certifications, and prepare O&M manuals.
\t* Evaluate and respond to client needs.
