**About the role**

You will provide administrative support for the mobilisation, implementation, and progress to support the effective delivery of the EICR programme and to support the delivery of a number of projects and planned works within the property services team.

You will support the Building Safety Team through a range of tasks, from uploading certificates and checking data to processing orders and invoices.

You will ensure that all relevant certificates are obtained and represent our organisation at both internal and external meetings.

**Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.**

**About you**

You must be able to demonstrate the ability to operate at a level of 5 GCSE's (including English Language and Mathematics) at grade C+ or equivalent.

You will be organized and methodical - able to prioritize work to meet deadlines.

You will have strong administrative and telephone experience in a customer service role involving direct contact/front line support role with the public including complaints and queries from dissatisfied customers, demonstrating ability to resolve problems.

You will have the ability to multi-task effectively.
