A local business offering Renewable Energy and Heating services are looking for a Renewable Energy Sales Advisor to operate throughout the UK based in our Headquarters in York City Centre. You will be prospecting local building contractors, architects and self-build projects whilst managing sales leads for private residential households. You will receive a range of benefits which include mileage allowance, company tablet / phone and 32 days holiday a year, and option for a company vehicle after passing probation.

**As a Renewable Energy Sales Advisor, your responsibilities will include**:

- Increasing the company turnover by generating new customers (Both B2C and B2B)
- Improving the conversion rates of sales leads provided.
- Improving customer relations.
- Increasing the profitability of the organisation.
- Conducting sales appointments, acting as a consultant to advise on the best solutions for the customer and property.
- Completing electronic sales surveys with photographic evidence obtained during sales appointments.
- Creating electronic proposals using company software, allowing for integration to Sales CRM.
- Meeting KPIs by ensuring appointments times are kept, targets achieved, CRM maintained, turnaround time for issuing proposals and conducting follow-ups to close.
- Maintaining CRM pipeline with communications
- Forecasting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales across each business stream and department.
- Achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

**We are looking for a Renewable Energy Sales Advisor who has the following skills and experiences**:

- A background of Renewable Energy technologies
- Previous sales or technical experience.
- Technically strong minded.
- I.T literate with experience in MS Office packages and sales CRM systems
- Very proactive to achieve results with the ability to build solid relationships with both B2B and B2C clients.

In return, a Renewable Energy Sales Advisor will receive a competitive base salary, depending on experience and expertise and an attractive incentive scheme.

**Salary**: £28,532 to 54,687 per year depending on level of experience.
