The Operations Administrator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work on one or more important projects. As part of the operations team, the role will oversee the service partners’ performances to meet our organizational needs and ensure the delivery of seamless operational standards.

**The responsibilities**:

- Processing supplier Invoices and customer orders
- Liaising with 3PL and sending daily order dispatch files
- Manage sub-contracted engineers and key customers’ installations projects.
- Operations system housekeeping, maintaining, and updating sales and customer records.
- Preparing export documents for EU and international customers
- Liaising internally to ensure all key customers’ compliance documents are up to date.
- Support the sales team with ad-hoc tasks, such as small order and samples dispatches.
- Providing holiday cover and support the other team members with administrative tasks

**Requirements**:

- Willing to learn and the ability to multi-task whilst still able to deliver strong accuracy and speed.
- Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role is preferred.
- Able to manage workload proactively and thoroughly.
- Familiarity with Excel spreadsheet including basic formula knowledge.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Full customers, products and system training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
