**About us**

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Human Resources Administrator to join our team. As a Human Resources Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department by performing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- **Human Resources**_
- Maintaining employee data on the HR System - Sage HR
- Assisting with Administration and tracking of Training Matrix
- Recruitment administration
- Assist with DBS Applications and tracking
- Issuing of Uniforms to New Starters using Sage HR, Tracking stock levels
- Complete any reasonable and lawful instruction related to work given by an authorised person
- **Office**_
- Managing the front of house area, including welcoming and settling guests
- Arranging and organising office meetings as well as taking notes in meetings and distributing actions
- Check deliveries as they arrive and forward to the relevant departments
- Filing and archiving paperwork and a weekly/monthly basis where necessary
- Coordinating and managing the maintenance of the office building
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment, to ensure smooth office operations
- Supporting department Heads with administration needs where necessary

Note: This is a paid position, and all positions in our organization, including internships, are compensated accordingly.

Pay: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
