London Fringe Allowance

Starting salary: £26,315

Hours: 37 hours per week (term time plus 1 week) Part-time hours will be considered

Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm (3:30 pm on Fridays) with a 30 minute lunch break

FTE Salary Range: H7 – H8 - £29,777 to £34,834

The Broxbourne School are in search of a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team and oversee the efficient financial operations of our school. Reporting to the School Business Manager, this role entails managing all financial processes, including income and expenditure, pay adjustments, expenses, banking, reconciliations, and VAT. While prior experience in school finance is beneficial, it is not essential as training and support on our financial software will be provided.

The ideal candidate should possess a willingness to learn, confidence in Microsoft Word and Excel, excellent organisational skills, a proactive attitude, keen attention to detail, and high self-motivation.
