**It is not essential to have experience for this role, **we will train you** You just need to be passionate about the service you offer and bravely step out of your comfort zone to provide the best service, pride yourself on integrity and respect your peers by knowing you are working as one team to achieve the same goal.

**Your role**: Property Management Administrator

**Location**: Leamington Spa

**Fixed Term Contract end date: 05/10/2023**

**Hours: 20 hours over 2 and a half days**

**Full UK Driving License is required**

**What will your day to day look like?**
- Assisting the compliance manager and property managers in an administrative capacity
- Booking of property visits
- Visiting vacant properties to see what work is required
- Communicate with Landlords and Tenants
- Data entry - both company internal CRM and Microsoft Office
- Imputing data into Excel Spreadsheets to a high standard
- Photocopying, scanning and filing
- Running errands within and outside of the office
- Taking and transcribing meeting minutes.
