**Main duties of the job**:
Processing information relating to the CPA (Care Programme Approach) maintaining a strong attention to detail.

- ECDL or equivalent
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal skills dealing with enquiries in person and by telephone.
- Ability to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines, prioritizing and organizing your workload where appropriate
- To work flexibly as a member of a team and be willing to offer support to colleagues.
- To deal effectively with people at all levels from a broad range of organizations.
- Commitment to providing a high quality customer-focused service
- Minimum of 2 years office experience
