We are looking for two dynamic team players with a positive attitude to join an expanding team within our professional company based near Newton Abbot, Devon. They will be joining our established team in a great working environment. We are ideally looking for applicants with experience of traffic management and permitting, however, it is not a necessity as full training will be provided.

Devon Tree Services have maintained the status of an Arb approved contractor since 2006. We have been accredited by Safe Contractor and ACDC under their health and safety schemes. We also hold ISO 9001 certification - a quality standard accreditation.

**The position will include**:
Partial uniform provided

Pension Scheme

28 Days Annual Leave including all Bank Holidays

Cycle to work scheme

40 hours per week, full time (Mon-Fri 08:30-17:00)

Access to training and development opportunities

Administration experience

Good standard of English, both written and verbal

Exceptional attention to detail

Awareness of NRSWA (preferable, but not essential)

Confident with Microsoft Office and ability to learn to use bespoke apps and ICT systems

Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure and meet deadlines

Ability to communicate well with our clients and undertake diary management

A positive attitude, with excellent customer service skills

Ability to prioritise and deal with frequent interruptions

Ability to self-motivate and work within a team

A traffic management qualification would be advantageous but not essential

Able to easily get to our rural office location

**They will be responsible for**:
Input of all permits on relevant systems whilst complying with NRSWA requirements

Monitoring and maintaining compliance

Coordination with local authorities on all matters relating to permits, TTRO/N, early starts etc

Coordinating closely with Surveyor / Planner

Effective liaison with all stakeholders

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
