I am seeking to recruit Higher Level Teaching Assistants to work in a Secondary school in Cwmbran. This will be to cover day to day, short term and long-term bookings.

**Overview**:
**-Title: Cover Supervisor**

**-Pay: £85.00 - £100 per day depending on experience and qualifications -Location: Cwmbran**

**-Hours: Long Term - Monday to Friday 830am - 330pm**

**-Start Date: ASAP**

**The role: What you’ll be doing as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant**
- Lead a classroom of learners - Key Stage 3, 4 and/or 5
- Preparing the classroom for lessons
- Working with learners in small groups and or working 1:1 with children with additional needs on occasions
- Deliver pre-planned work in the absence of the class teacher -Assist learners at break time with their lunch where required
- Engage learners with both classroom and out of classroom activities -Work in accordance to the school’s behaviour management policies
