Key Account Manager Role
(Glasgow - Office Based )

Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Do you have previous successful experience in a business to business sales role?
- Are you able to demonstrate a successful track record within a competitive sales environment?
- Are you a dynamic and self-starting individual who can target key accounts and generate new business?
- Are you self-driven with a "can do" attitude?
- Do you possess clear and efficient communication skills, both written and verbal?
- Are you a self-starter who is able to use initiative to run projects and tasks on their own without direct supervision?
- Do you have excellent Microsoft Office skills?
- Do you have the ability to build rapport with key clients and handle multiple client accounts?

Duties and responsibilities
- You will be responsible for developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients
- You will address and resolve key clients' complaints
- You will act as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams
- You will be liaise with key Stakeholders to ensure that key clients' needs are met
- You will compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for account teams and stakeholders
- You will develop a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and prepare customized solutions
- You will negotiate contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfilment of each client's long-term goals
- You will keep abreast with industry and market trends and best practices
