Logistics Administrator

We are seeking an enthusiastic administrator to work within our busy Logistics department, providing vital support to the delivery of goods to site.
Main duties include but not limited to:
Take an active role in assisting with the procedures within the Logistics department with the use of Exchequer and Excel systems. Including, but not limited to, processing sales and purchase orders, track and trace shipments and processing stock returns
Assist in the Year End stock take at multiple warehouses
Carry out any other administrative support as required within the department
**Skills**:Good organisation and time management skills in order to work to strict deadlines
Good working knowledge of Exchequer Accounting system (desirable but full training will be given)
Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge (essential)
Attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication
Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
