**Role**:.

You will be responsible for ensuring new and existing relationships are nurtured from the first contact, ensuring that the patient feels valued and cared for every step of the way.

You will be taking new and existing patient enquiries over the phone, internet and social media and your job will be to convert the patient's initial interest into a booked appointment.

Be part of driving the comany forward, proactive with ideas and supportive as we change and progress.

**Key tasks**:
Build rapport with our patients, and relay needs to the team to promote a smooth patient experience.

Make calls to potential patients, explaining our products and services and booking consultations.

Be consistent and work towards key performance indicators, knowing our targets.

You do not need any dental knowledge but previous customer service and sales experience is essential as is a friendly, kind and professional personality.

**Requirements**:
A confident and enthusiastic individual experienced in delivering the highest standards of administration, performance reporting and customer care. Politeness, enthusiasm and excellence in organisation when working in a fast pace environment is essential.

You will have high levels of IT skills, and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.

Maths and English grade C/4 or above. Proficient in written and spoken English.

Previous experience in customer services and sales is essential.

08:45 - 18:00 Mon - Fri

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,500.00 per year
