Your role is to assist in the smooth running of the practice by supporting patients, and practice staff, ensuring we meet both patient expectations and our high standards of service.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greeting our patients when they arrive and assisting with enquiries and check ins
- Dealing with our telephone lines to assist our patients with queries and appointment bookings
- Daily administrative tasks

**OTHER DETAILS**
- To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role.
- Training will be provided which includes ongoing regular training
- Due to the nature of the role, appointment is dependent on the results of an enhanced DBS check.
- You must be capable of working in a very busy environment and be confident in dealing with a wide-ranging patient group.
