Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Administrator to join our team. As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and providing excellent customer service to tenants.

- **Property Operations**: Support in the management of the everyday operations within our property portfolio. Ensuring that properties are maintained to high standards, compliant with regulations, and meeting our quality benchmarks. Work closely with the Project Manager to tackle maintenance concerns, schedule inspections, and organize property enhancements.
- **Tenant Relations**: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, grievances, and requests, offering professional and timely assistance. Aid in the onboarding process for new tenants, including preparing rental agreements, move-in procedures, and introductions to amenities.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist in document preparation, report generation, and maintaining accurate records for property management activities. Maintain the company's social media presence for enhanced exposure.
- **Tenant Communications**: Relay crucial property-related information to tenants, including policy updates, maintenance schedules, and notices, utilizing our online platform.
- **Void Management**: Aid in minimizing void periods by supporting property marketing efforts, conducting viewings, and coordinating move-in procedures.
- **Contractor Management**: Assist in cultivating and managing relationships with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance and repair services.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay abreast of local and national housing laws and regulations to ensure properties remain compliant and mitigate legal risks.
- **Other Duties**: Execute tasks assigned by the Project Manager and undertake ad-hoc projects to support the company's objectives.

Qualifications:

- Preferred: Previous experience in property management, administration, or a similar field.
- Strong Understanding of property management practices and pertinent regulations.
- Communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in administrative functions like scheduling, managing documents, and handling correspondence.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing time efficiently, and working independently.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Residing in Milton Keynes or nearby areas is preferred.
