**Position Summary**:
We are looking for an energised, hard-working, motivated, creative team player who is an experienced Administrator to contribute to our fast growing business.

Your main responsibilities will be the day-to-day planning and coordination of our events and managing client requirements and building relationships with them.

Your main tasks will be to, plan and coordinate events, manage client requirements, provide Sales, Stock, Marketing and Technical Administration; support for our Directors and Team members; being willing to develop and grow your role with us.

We need a highly computer literate Administrator, with first class communication skills, to assist our friendly team and provide accurate information and reliable support in all areas.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for day-to-day planning
- Event planning and coordination - involving admin and management of concurrent events
- General office and administrative duties and the assistance
- Customer focus - strong customer facing communication is skills, able to manage a wide range of clients and supplier relationships, with an ability to deal with delicate or demanding situations - such as dealing with sales enquiries, telephone queries, etc.
- Provide accurate sales, stock, marketing and technical Administrative support with reporting and feedback for the team
- Administrative support to the Managing Directors
- Ability to process & manage sales and purchase orders, including order creation
- Coordinating with other areas of the business, carry out other tasks assigned and other project based work
- Stock & order management
- Website maintenance support

**Required Skills & Expertise**:

- Excellent workload and time management
- Positive, flexible and enthusiastic attitude
- Ability to work on own initiative
- First class communications skills (both written and verbal), with assertive attitude when necessary
- Ability to correlate information across the various parts of the business and generate action within the team
- Strong organizational / administrative skills
- Very strong IT skills, and keen attitude to learning new systems
- Good numeracy/literacy skills (GCSE grade C+ required for Maths and

English)
- Excellent MS Word & Excel & Outlook skills
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Commitment to learning and improving with the role and wider business
- Good typing speed (wpm 45-60)
- Ideally previous sales administration / sales queries experience for technical products - Product specific training will be provided as needed

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- System administration: 2 years (preferred)
