**Join us as a Housing Support Worker with our Complex Needs Team**

As a Housing Support Worker with our Durham Team, you will be working with vulnerable adults aged 18 and over. Our clients may be homeless, experiencing isolation, or dealing with issues such as safeguarding, substance misuse, offending, and mental health challenges. Your role will be crucial in providing tailored support to help address their individual needs and empower them towards independent living.

**If you have
- Good interpersonal skills including listening and displaying empathy.
- Experience of supporting people with complex needs.
- An awareness of GDPR and the need for confidentiality when dealing with personal information.
- Working knowledge of welfare benefits and housing benefits.
- Experience of providing support and advice in a group work setting as well as on a one to one basis.
- Access to a car for work purposes and hold a full current UK driving licence.
