Working with a team of committed colleagues you will be:
Tracking patient care along agreed suspected 2 Week wait, 28 Faster Cancer diagnosis and or diagnosed cancer 31 and 62 days first and subsequent treatment pathways, collating pathway information for Cancer Waiting Times, Outcomes and Services and other agreed Cancer Datasets. Enter them in designated system and ensure the completeness and accuracy of data items entered to monitor patient pathway and agreed returns in a timely manner.
Working alongside the designated cancer site specific teams, Trust core services such as Radiology, Pathology, Endoscopy, Oncology and patient administration teams, ensure patients are tracked and expedited through agreed pathway timelines.
Ensuring that agreed inter provider transfer dataset for specialist MDT review and or treatment is complete and effectively communicated to all parties Remain the key contact point for the cancer (tertiary) or referral centres in relation to referred patients.
