The Education team are responsible for event coordination, online marketing, client service and administration. Our team has a complete and unified understanding of what we are trying to achieve as a business, and we have streamlined and efficient processes to support them to carry out their role to the best of their ability. We are not accepting of the status quo and always strive for improvement and change where necessary.

**The Job Role**

Are you a marketeer with massive attention to detail? Like the mechanics of marketing and ensuring the processes are tweaked and optimised at all times?

Our business currently spends over 400k per annum on Facebook marketing, works with affiliates with databases of 40000 contacts plus and uses cutting edge social media advertising and copywriting to drive the business forward.

This role is to be responsible for the detail. Running our many webinars, social media platforms like Facebook and You Tube. Working with Click funnels and Infusionsoft to manage and support our 40,000+ marketing contacts

Our main outsourced marketeer will run the Facebook adverts, with you running all the detail and landing pages that sit behind them. Our main outsourced copy writer will create all the copy that you will then use across multiple platforms and channels following proven systems and processes.

Its a superb opportunity to learn from highly skilled individuals who started in this role previously and now earn in excess of 60k per annum from marketing. Whilst delivering and managing all the marketing platforms for the business and ensuring we have **superb attention to detail**.

Salary is £23000 with massive opportunity for progression for the right individual. Work hours are 40 hours a week and can sometimes need to support an evening event or weekend event with out of hours work (which can normally be done from home with a PC). Core week is 9am -5pm Monday to Friday.

The business is in the top three property education businesses in the UK and the largest portfolio building company in the UK. We run events with anything from 60-3000 people registered for them with over 80 days a year of stage time.

**Experience Needed**

You need to have at least a marketing related degree and/or worked in marketing for a year.

**Remuneration**
- Basic Pay is £23,000 per annum
- Gym membership (heavily discounted), Sports and social events, 0% loans and small pension are part of the package
- Career progression opportunities
- Working Hours are 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday) some weekend availability required
- Holiday entitlement is 23 days each calendar year plus bank holidays, these total 32 days off per year
