We are a growing company supporting the offshore renewable energies market, based in Scarborough. Our operations have grown steadily and now we are looking for a Procurement Administrator to join our Procurement Team.

If you are a detailed focussed individual who is capable of working on your own initiative whilst positively contributing to the wider team we would like to hear from you.

Excellent communication skills are essential, as are good administration skills and the ability to prioritise. Ideally, you will have a can-do approach to work and have experience in a procurement / purchasing role. Ideally, you will have some knowledge and/or experience of Brexit customs arrangements. If you do not have direct procurement / purchasing experience we will provide training to help you grow into your new role.

You should be IT literate with excellent Excel skills and have an eye for detail.

Your duties will include working with your internal customers to source and purchase items for our vessels, crews and office team. You will need to liaise with existing suppliers and identifying new suppliers, where the need arises.

This role includes updating a centralised database of parts for record keeping and maintenance.

You will also be responsible for dealing with deliveries and arranging their onward transit to the fleet of boats.

This is a full-time, in-person role based in our head office in Eastfield, Scarborough.
