**Job Description**:
**THE ROLE**

We are looking for an experienced Content Strategist with the ability to develop and bring to life compelling content strategies for some of the world’s most iconic B2B brands across Tech, Energy, Financial Services and Professional Services. Working in close collaboration with our Strategy Partners across Brand & Creative and P/O/E Media & Connections, as well as our Creative team, you will ensure that we deliver innovative, future-forward content solution for our clients. You’ll understand and embrace the vital role that content plays across B2B customer journeys, and will always be pushing the envelope of what is possible in B2B content. This is a critical role in delivering against our clients’ needs and will help build out our standing as a best-in-class B2B agency - so we are looking for people who are curious, hungry, driven, inspiring and really want to make a lasting impact.

A strategic thinker with the ability to work with key business stakeholders to understand their marketing challenges and build confidence with your knowledge and thinking on all things content.

Someone that is comfortable running projects from the discovery phase through to execution, often with very little oversight. That means leading calls, interviewing stakeholders and attending/running workshops with Sales and Marketing teams to understand their specific content strategy objectives. Be confident in brainstorming sessions and speak from a position of experience and expertise.

Work will vary greatly from messaging and value proposition development and white papers through to video scripts, social media posts, blogs, web copy, longer-form copy and editorial pieces.

**As a Content Strategist - Brand & Creative, you will**:
Develop and deliver customer insight-driven content strategies across some of our biggest accounts across a range of sectors
- Collaborate with Strategy Partners across Brand & Creative and P/O/E Media & Connections to plan and map messaging, channels, formats and creative to engage our clients’ customers and ensure results are fully aligned with client ambitions and plans
- Be able to think and advise strategically on the role of content in delivering against client objectives and how it fits into the bigger picture
- Understand how paid/owned/earned channels can be used to achieve different objectives
- Write world-class creative content briefs that might stretch and challenge our clients as well as inspire creatives and content producers to think in interesting and innovative ways
- Have written content before, across a range of (ideally B2B) clients, sectors and complexities

**Qualifications**:
**EXPERIENCE**
- Proven Content Strategy experience delivering solutions for blue-chip clients, B2B preferred but not mission-critical
- Good writing and editing skills
- Experience developing compelling, insight-led content briefs that have led to impactful and effective creative output
- Ability to construct content strategies, frameworks and plans informed by brand and creative strategic work
- A good understanding of B2B marketing approaches such as ABM, Sit
