**IMMEDIATE START - Fulltime/placement/Internship**

**Position Summary**

We are currently seeking to recruit a highly efficient and hardworking Sales/Marketing personnel for our office in Brighton. You will play an integral part in the marketing team; responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing plans to ensure our products reach the right people at the right time. You’ll be involved in content marketing as well as building important and lasting partnerships for businesses.

Ideal for an experienced person in Sales/Marketing or a student who is looking for a placement or internship to gain practical experience.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback

**Skills required**:

- Customer service/retail sales experience (preferred)
- MS Office skills
- Fluency English
- Able to speak Vietnamese (preferred)
- Able to speak Thailand (preferred)
- Confident speaking on the phone
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Friendly and engaging demeanour
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Proactive approach
- Personable and approachable
- Knowledge of the UK immigration law (preferred)
- Highly organised with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

**Start date**: As soon as possible

**Salary**: £13,427.42-£55,052.17 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Brighton and Hove: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
