**We have an exciting opportunity for a Transport Coordinator to join our team at HSS St Ives Distribution Centre.**

As a Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing effective delivery and collection plans that meet the needs of HSS and it's customers.

**What will you do?**

**Your main duties will include**:

- Working in a team you will plan, organise and coordinate the daily deliveries, exchanges and collections through our routing system
- You will monitor transport routes, smart phone compliance, jobs that are completed and on-time performance
- You will also work to try to reduce wasted journeys as well as calling collections to confirm readiness for collection as well as supporting any problematic collections the same day
- You will complete training, display company values and report any problems to your manager
- You will promote compliance of PPE and company health and safety standards

**What do you bring?**
- You will be a positive can do person, with good problem solving skills and always working towards solutions
- You will have strong communication and organisational skills
- You will be used to working on computers / systems, and any experience in manual handling is beneficial
- You will have experience of working in a customer facing role in a fast paced environment
