Business Admin Apprentice

If so, our client has an amazing new opportunity for a Business Apprentice to join their admin team, working full time in the Company’s Office in Edgware, Middlesex.
Within this role, you will be working towards gaining a recognised Level 3 Business Administration qualification through your Apprenticeship.
**Business Admin Apprentice Duties**:
**Office Duties**
- Answering incoming calls
- Greeting visitors
- Running irregular errands, such as banking cheques
- Opening / scanning incoming post
- Dealing with outgoing post
**Secretarial Duties**
- Preparing draft letters (using templates)
- Copy typing one-off letters, Reports and Meeting Notes
- Preparing packs
- Assisting with general secretarial and administrative matters
**Other Duties**
- Communicating by phone with 3rd parties such as Companies House or HMRC
- Helping with onboarding of new clients
- Preparing basic Confirmation Statements for Companies House
- Preparing monthly Invoices
- Updating our internal databases
- Preparing excel based summaries
**Business Admin Apprentice Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident, Personable and well Presented
- Self-motivated
- Able to fit into a close-knit, positive and friendly team
- Confident to learn new IT Packages
