**PR Account Manager**

Location: Northampton/ Hybrid

**Salary**: Negotiable

Inbox Recruitment is seeking a PR Account Manager for a leading Marketing Agency working with B2B and B2C clients.

We are looking for an individual to join the team as an experienced PR account manager at a time when they are experiencing a period of fast paced growth and some exciting changes meaning they need to expand their PR team.

**Job role**:

- To attend client meetings to ensure you fully understand everything from the brief
- To manage the client’s expectation and ensure they are met
- To understand and monitor costs with the ability to set budgets, expectations and deliver results
- Thoroughly understand the fundamentals of the client’s business
- To regularly visit our client sites
- Not to be afraid to ask questions and challenge the client when appropriate.
- A good problem solver
- Manage and influence senior-level client contacts and maintain positive working relationships
- Advise on all aspects of PR solutions, from PR stunts, white paper submissions to press releases and thought leadership content
- Demonstrate consistently sound judgment and creative thinking.
- Grow existing accounts
- Produce pitch documents in conjunction with the team and ability to present confidently to clients and prospects.
- Ensure that the Agency is associated with outstanding PR delivery
- Ensuring Invoicing is scheduled and carried out in a timely manner
- Implement strategies to benefit clients
- Have the responsibility the planning and direction of any PR campaigns

**The skills you will need**:

- Inhouse or PR account management experience
- Press relations
- Experience in writing for press releases, white papers, blogs, social media etc
- Strategic thinker
- Eye for detail
- Effective and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Able to communicate effectively
- Outstanding writing capability to adapt and develop tone of voice for clients.
- Planning and organisational skills
