Management Accountant

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, analyse, and report weekly, monthly, and annual management accounts
* Maintain financial models and forecasts including cashflow forecasts to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
* Collaborate with international teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance.
* Implement and monitor financial controls and policies.
* Assist with budget preparation and financial audits.
* Provide financial insights that contribute to the achievement of the company's sustainability goals.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
* Demonstrable experience in management accounting, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
* Strong communication skills, capable of effectively interacting and liaising with diverse cultures.
* Energetic and enthusiastic, with a strong commitment to sustainability and corporate responsibility.
* Be AAT qualified or CIMA/ACCA part qualified.
The role is based on the East side of Northampton (accessible from Kettering, Wellingborough, Rushden, Corby, Olney, Milton Keynes and Daventry)
Remuneration:
* Salary £negotiable depending on experience.
* 37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday (office based)
* Study support
* 20 days holiday plus statutory days.
* Pension
* On-site parking
