**Customer Onboarding Specialist (KYC) | Hammersmith, London**
Join our Customer Operations team You will play a pivotal role in the continued stability and growth of our organisation, by serving as a front-line representative for GetGround ensuring a seamless, professional and world class experience for our customers from our Hammersmith office. **What you will do**:
- Conduct initial due diligence and undertake risk based analysis on proposed new customers
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures, regulatory, AML and JMLSG rules and guidelines
- Escalate issues to the Customer Operations Team Lead and the Compliance team
- Ensure customers experience an efficient and seamless process during the different stages of onboarding with us
- Contribute to achieving quarterly Operations Team objectives and key results (OKRs)
- Ensuring internal systems are up to date with relevant documents and data
- Conduct ongoing due diligence using third party screening software
**The skills and experience you will have**
- 1+ years experience working in customer onboarding as a KYC Specialist/Analyst
- Knowledge of relevant regulations e.g. AML
- Experience with conducting due diligence on individuals and entities** **using a risk based approach
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively across competing demands
**It's a bonus if you have**:
- Experience conducting enhanced due diligence and/or source of funds
- Experience working in a FinTech or start-up
- An understanding of limited company structures and of the property industry
