**Requirements for Call Centre Agent**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Able to use a laptop
- Ability to manage and control calls

We are currently offering the following full time shifts:

- 8 am to 5 pm
- 9 am to 6 pm
- 11 am to 8 pm
- 2 pm to 11 pm

All of these shifts will involve working five days a week with one of those days being either Saturday or Sunday.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,960.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bournemouth, Dorset: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
