Fantastic office manager position based in Cheadle for a brilliant well established company.
Monday - Wednesday 10am - 3pm, working 15 hours a week pro rata.

You will be reporting to the CEO and ensure the office runs efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities are:

- Developing and maintaining close relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Have the communication skills to address sensitive, complex and personal information.
- Develop relationships with external suppliers.
- Manage day-to-day relationships, whilst controlling costs, contracts and the annual budget.
- Being the main point person for the office internally and externally ensuring the office is running optimally.
- Manage all mail in and out of the office.
- Support managers meetings and manage priority for the directors.
- Managing the 3rd party suppliers such as cleaners, electricians and other services.
- Supporting all key meetings including food requirements and set up from suppliers such as M&S.
- Arranging hotels, lunches and flights for annual trade shows for senior team.
- Ability to use PowerPoint and excel to present and produce data reports with brilliant attention to detail within a fast paced environment
