We are now looking for enthusiastic people to join our Passenger Operations team in the role Signature Lounge Assistant on a fixed term basis, who are passionate about providing courteous and efficient customer care. Joining our team on board, you will deliver the smooth running of this enhanced offer against one of the most beautiful backdrops in the world, by greeting customers, checking them in and attentively serving to their needs throughout the journey to ensure a first-class experience. You will also become a vital part of the operation as a member of the ship’s crew, taking care of our passengers’ safety and being able to respond in an emergency.

As someone with experience in front of house environments, you will be able to provide an outstanding level of service to our customers in the Signature Lounge, with a charismatic and polished demeanor. When the lounge is not in use, you will also be able to offer the same level of service across other areas of the ship.
