Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Officer to join our team at Signature Aviation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the smooth running of our airport base, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to our clients, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the arrival and departure of aircraft at the airport, liaising with customers, travel organizers, and airport authorities.
- Provide world-class service to customers, ensuring a smooth transition through our facility and delivering ground services to their aircraft.
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including ramp services, customer inquiries, and invoicing queries.
- Collaborate with the security team to prepare passengers and luggage for screening.
- Ensure the highest level of cleanliness and presentation of VIP areas, including the provision of supplies such as tea, coffee, and soft drinks.
- Previous experience in aviation, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- Understanding of VIP customer expectations and proven ability to anticipate needs.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts and willingness to learn new skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Qualifications to hold a full airport ID and understanding of customs and immigration formalities.
- IT literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs.
