**Internal Sales Advisor**

**Salary is up to 23K**

**Basford - Nottinghamshire**

The recruitment group is working with a well-established business who are the UK’s premier Apple reseller. In addition to this the client is also growing to become one of the leading providers of core and specialist IT hardware, software, installation and support services to the broadcast media and entertainment industry.

**Purpose of the internal sales advisor role**:
The Internal sales advisor will be required to interact with people both internally & externally to the organisation & is therefore responsible for portraying a favourable and highly professional impression to all contacts. The internal sales advisor will be responsible for responding to enquiries, processing sales leads, maintaining and building relationships.

**Main duties and responsibilities of the Sales Advisor -**
- Answering and responding to incoming calls, assisting customers with general queries and directing them to the right department.
- Processing leads and submitting deal registrations.
- Raising customer quotes, processing orders and managing backorders.
- Provide customers with ETA’s on their orders.
- Processing renewals and managing opportunities
- Account Management - One to one account management support - Relationship Building
- Post Sales and Vendor support - Assisting customers with replacement orders, and exchanges.

**Interacting with other areas of business -**
- Finance - liaise with the accounts team to maintain credit agreements for account customers.
- Sales - to keep the sales team up to date on projects and general day to day cover.
- Purchasing - providing information on customer orders, working collaboratively to receive stock and fulfil customer requirements.
- Dispatch team Working together to make sure all customer orders and projects get shipped on time.

**Experience/knowledge requirements for Internal sales advisor role -**
- Two years’ experience in administration or customer service role in a business-to-business environment.
- Experience in using CRM systems and an ability to learn new systems.
- Solid knowledge and understanding of customer services.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to keep calm in a pressurized environment. And to be able to collaborate between different departments.
- Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels.
- Keen eye for detail.
- Proficient IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly. MS Office (Outlook, Point)
- Ability to quickly learn and retain knowledge with regards to processes.
- The ability to work in a busy and pressurised environment.
