Job Title: Supply Chain Planner

Job Description:

Key Role Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement SIOP (sales, inventory, and operations planning) strategies to optimize inventory levels and improve supply chain efficiency.
  2. Collaborate with commercial and supply teams to create a rolling 18-month demand plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  3. Support working capital and inventory strategies by executing SIOP effectively, in line with demand and supply planning execution.
  4. Manage the Integrated Business Planning/SIOP calendar, meeting recaps, action plans, issue resolution, and tracking demand/supply mitigating actions.
  5. Lead and facilitate monthly demand planning meetings with commercial leaders to achieve a consensus forecast by integrating statistical forecasts with qualitative input.
  6. Work closely with regulatory teams to understand requirements for delivering product launches in new markets.
  7. Facilitate monthly reviews with Finance and drive the reconciliation process between operating plans and budgets.
  8. Gather data for Executive Reviews to drive effective business decision-making.
  9. Contribute to the development of planning systems and supporting tools that lead to a world-class SIOP process.
  10. Support the development and delivery of the Supply Chain strategy and process/systems improvements.
  11. Maintain inventory master data on Sage, including item setup, generating, and maintaining Bills of Materials.
  12. Communicate with Quality Control teams regarding product inspections and non-conforming product circumstances.
  13. Represent Supply Chain at internal meetings related to CAPA, MRB, and other regulatory requirements.
  14. Previous experience in Production Planning and Raw Materials scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
  15. Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel.
  16. Strong knowledge of planning systems.
  17. Ability to make quick decisions based on good judgment and analysis of a situation.
  18. Proficient in interpreting and manipulating complex data.
  19. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  20. Strong IT skills - MS Office.
