Job Description:
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SIOP (sales, inventory, and operations planning) strategies to optimize inventory levels and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate with commercial and supply teams to create a rolling 18-month demand plan, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Support working capital and inventory strategies by executing SIOP effectively, in line with demand and supply planning execution.
- Manage the Integrated Business Planning/SIOP calendar, meeting recaps, action plans, issue resolution, and tracking demand/supply mitigating actions.
- Lead and facilitate monthly demand planning meetings with commercial leaders to achieve a consensus forecast by integrating statistical forecasts with qualitative input.
- Work closely with regulatory teams to understand requirements for delivering product launches in new markets.
- Facilitate monthly reviews with Finance and drive the reconciliation process between operating plans and budgets.
- Gather data for Executive Reviews to drive effective business decision-making.
- Contribute to the development of planning systems and supporting tools that lead to a world-class SIOP process.
- Support the development and delivery of the Supply Chain strategy and process/systems improvements.
- Maintain inventory master data on Sage, including item setup, generating, and maintaining Bills of Materials.
- Communicate with Quality Control teams regarding product inspections and non-conforming product circumstances.
- Represent Supply Chain at internal meetings related to CAPA, MRB, and other regulatory requirements.
- Previous experience in Production Planning and Raw Materials scheduling within a manufacturing environment.
- Intermediate user of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of planning systems.
- Ability to make quick decisions based on good judgment and analysis of a situation.
- Proficient in interpreting and manipulating complex data.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong IT skills - MS Office.
