The Division of Nursing, Midwifery & Social Work, delivers world-class research, and we are recognised as the best research-oriented centre for Nursing, Midwifery and Social Work in the UK. In REF 2021, as part of the Unit of Assessment 3 (Allied Health Professions, Dentistry, Nursing and Pharmacy), our research was ranked second of 89 submissions for research power from across the UK. In this project, you will work closely with Professor Penny Bee and Dr Helen Brooks (Chief Investigators), Division of Nursing, Midwifery & Social Work, as well as other members of the project team. You will be based in the Mental Health Research Group, Division of Nursing, Midwifery & Social Work, within the School of Health Sciences. This is a 0.4 FTE Grade 6 Research Associate post, for a maximum of 24 months (dependent upon appointment date and probationary review). The post is based in the UK, although there may be opportunities for overseas travel. A hybrid model of office and home-based working is possible.
